GC: It may be based on fictitious information and its scope is partial or subjective. Because it is not bound by any specific rule. People establish communication with each other according to their comfort.
BC: It specifically follows the norms and procedures of the organization or office. To start communication with anyone requires adherence to those norms.
GC: It is informal, it does not have any criteria. There is no specified method for this. People use different methods of communication.
BC: It focuses on the purpose and benefits of the organization. There is no scope for the use of personal emotions in a business message.
GC: It doesn’t have any goals. Personal feeling covers most of the general communication. People establish communication according to their comfort.
BC: Feedback is very important to the success of business communication.
GC: The feedback may not be significant for general communication.
